From Sunday through Saturday, we are designing from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. If you have a floral crises such as immediate funeral service or short-notice event, call our owner direct at 1-425-FLORIST after 9 p.m. until 4 a.m. EVERYDAY. We deliver 7 days a week and most of our retail shops are open for off-hour appointments.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

For all local and nationwide orders, Cascade Florists staff are available 24 hours a day to assist you. Consult with our designers 3am-11pm for custom arrangements for local delivery and floral gifts sent out of our delivery area. Our drivers work Monday-Sunday and we can arrange expedites, off-hour and appointment deliveries for additional fees. We can coordinate delivery for most US cities for any day of the Week. Service in some rural areas and 'blue-law' communities may be more limited, but we know owners who will extend hours and even open weekends under special circumstances such as for formal funeral arrangements. Delivery into national & state parks, isolated regions & onto islands may require overtime & access cost re-imbursement. Please call & let us know in advance if you are sending your order to limited-access areas so we can better advise you of availability, timeframe and costs.

We can also coordinate delivery to most key cities worldwide. Please be aware that most countries do not offer the selection available here. An international fee is charged in addition to flower & delivery costs. Usually delivery is available Monday-Friday, requires 48 hours processing time and may be limited to presentation bouquets that are not arranged in a vase.

A delivery fee of $10.00 plus $3.95 internet service charge will be added to each online order, for each address. Please include recipient's phone number in case delivery address is hard to find, has changed or is an isolated area. We always notify you, by both phone and email, in case there are difficulties fulfilling or delivering your gift. If delivering to a workplace, please include work hours of the recipient as driver routes vary depending on that day's load. We typically schedule deliveries from 11am to 6pm. Traffic congestion and weather may cause unforeseen delays however, our staff will work as long as needed to take care of your order.

For hospital patients, please know that most hospitals do not allow deliveries to the ICU and only mylar style balloons are accepted. We are skilled at finding and coordinating with Funeral Homes. Any information you have can help us provide timely service. Please know that deliveries to cemeteries, gravesites, churches and community centers often lack off-hour coordinators who can provide complete details on the service or the location may not have anyone available to receive arrangement until service-time. In these cases, we may be forced to leave your flowers by the door instead of with a representative. Let us know if you prefer other procedures.

We can better serve same-day or short-notice orders when made by phone. For your peace of mind, in all delivery situations, you will receive a phone call notifying you delivery has been made. Please call for international flower delivery. Worldwide service often takes 72 business hours, have limited selections and additional costs.

While we prefer 8 hours notice, we can usually fulfill delivery requests nationwide in less time. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
